What We Can Do For You
Design Deliverables
We provide floor plans and 3D designs, along with finish and furnishing selections, custom window treatments and upholstery, exterior finish sourcing, paint schemes, and new-build selections.
Warehousing & White Glove Delivery
Your goods are carefully inspected and stored at our temperature controlled warehouse to be delivered with white glove service including trash removal. You don’t have to lift a finger for your amazing reveal.
Construction Management Service
We are Construction Management Experts providing guidance, clarity and peace of mind during the construction and renovation stages of the design project. On site inspection and clear communication with our trusted tradespeople mean a job completed with care and craftsmanship that meet the design expectations. We manage it so you don’t have to.

Custom Full Service Design & Decorating
Heidi Palena Design offers comprehensive full service decorating services, guiding clients through every project phase to avoid costly mistakes. Our services include:

We handle the entire process from concept to reveal, handling procurement, deliveries, installations, and styling. Single-room designs start at $5,997, depending on scope, with an initial consultation fee separate.
Kitchen & Bath Design
In our experience, kitchens and bathrooms are the most often renovated and refreshed spaces in the home. We have a multitude of experience in creating beautiful, functional and timeless spaces for you to enjoy for years to come.
Our expert team of trusted partners along with our construction management service make this process a seamless and positive experience. You don’t have to worry about the details, we take care of all the headaches so you don’t have to.
Design and Procurement Services include:
Floor plans and elevations
3D design walkthroughs
Defined scope of work for comprehensive trade estimates
Material samples
Mood boards
Trade purchases and order placement
Problem resolutions and returns management
We manage the entire process from design, then demo to the final punch list. Full gut kitchen renovations start at $11,250 and primary bathrooms at $6,250. Pricing is dependent on total scope of the project. Construction management fees are separate.
Design Services
IN-HOME CONSULTATION
All of our design packages start with an in-home consultation. This 2 hour meeting is our opportunity to get to know you, help to define a design style that speaks to you, to understand your biggest frustrations, and to gather pictures and measurements of your existing space. This work helps us to define the detailed Scope of Work for your upcoming design project making our future work together productive and efficient.
Designer on Demand and Designer by your Side Consultations are $797. Renovation and Full Service Consultations are $1250.
DESIGNER ON DEMAND
Designer on Demand is a 3 hour in-home design session building on our consultation, this is where we solve your biggest design challenges, create a clear plan of action, and help you avoid costly mistakes-- all without the stress of a full-scale project.
Designer on Demand gives you instant results with expert suggestions that you can implement on your own.
We come prepared to make suggestions and provide solutions that work for you and your personal style.
Our recap of your session provides action steps and info that will help you to transform your space with expert advice.
Designer on Demand Experience is $1500.
DESIGNER BY YOUR SIDE
A Designer by your Side Experience is a high-touch, in- home design Immersion for homeowners who want confident direction and a clear plan they can move forward with.
They’re designed for moments when decisions need to be made, direction needs to be clarified, and a space needs to come together as a whole. The work happens in your home, one-on- one, with the intention of creating a design you can immediately begin implementing.
This is a 3 day engagement of Designer Time, to be used as the Scope of the project Requires. This could be a trip to the design center to pick flooring, tile and countertops then trying them on in your home to ensure the perfect material and undertones for your space and lighting. Whatever your needs, we will tackle them during our sessions together.
Designer by your Side Experience is $4000

Are we involved in the design process?
Absolutely! We pride ourselves in discovering your needs, pain points, and desires for you space. We collect inspiration images from you and have detailed discussions about what your likes and dislikes are so that the final design reflects your unique vision.
Will hiring a designer save me time?
100%. For full service design, we handle sourcing, selections, ordering, contractor questions, and logistics so you don’t have to. Our alternative design experiences are designed to deliver quick actionable results.
What are the typical timelines for completing a full service or reno project?
Concept design is 4–6 weeks, final design 4–6 weeks and furniture delivery 6–12 weeks from ordering. Kitchens and bathroom reno is 12–14 weeks from demo to installation after delivery and approval of the final design.
Can we use your trades and suppliers?
Yes, when you use our construction management service our goal is to deliver a high quality, bespoke design delivered to you by our specialty to the trade suppliers and trusted tradespeople.
Do you include revisions in the price, should we wish to make any changes?
We include one change per room at the concept and final design stages. Any other changes will be accommodated but an extra fee will apply. We are confident that our process will lead us to a concept that you will love, but allow for one change in case we didn’t “nail it” on an item.
